What we do
LABIMA - Laboratory of Maritime Engineering of Florence University has been working in the field of coastal dynamics, port engineering, and offshore renewables for more than thirty years. LABIMA is equipped with different research installations (i.e. wave-current flumes, numerical models and field equipment).
As a university infrastructure, the main activities of LABIMA are focused on teaching, research and technology transfer projects.
